THE PRODUCTS

All materials meet State of Wisconsin specifications.  Derse-WHBS fabricates all business panels utilizing a 0.080 aluminum 5052-H38 alloy, covered with 3M High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) grade reflective sheeting.  The logo is then silk screened using 3M transparent inks and clear coated after screening.  Standard 3M silk-screened colors are Black, PMS 186 Red, PMS 334 Green, PMS 300 Blue, PMS 102 Lemon Yellow, PMS 288 Dark Blue, PMS 116 Standard Yellow, PMS 208 Burgundy, PMS 3308 Hunter Green, PMS 469 Brown, PMS 226 Magenta, PMS 422 Grey, PMS 172 Orange.  3M recommends utilizing the standard colors to prolong the longevity of the panels.  Special color mixing may weaken the inks resulting in premature fading when exposed to weather elements.  It is the advertiser's responsibility to replace faded and/or damaged panels.

Mainline signs are located on Interstate Highways, Freeways and Expressways. These logo panels are 36” x 60” except for the GAS logo panels which are 36” x 48”.

Conventional signs are located on two lane highways. The size of these logo panels are 18” x 24”.

Ramp signs are required if the business is not clearly visible from the ramp terminus.  These signs have a directional arrow and states the mileage when necessary.
